Core product
QuickSilver™ Tipper body liners.
High-performance QuickSilver™ tipper body liners were designed for applications in which viscous bulk materials – such as hot asphalt – must be transported without loss and unloaded evenly and without residue under extreme conditions.
How it works
Sticky loads slide out – completely.
Even in severe frost and extreme heat, trucks with a QuickSilver™ liner unload sticky, viscous materials faster. The range includes liners for medium and heavy duty – all with high impact strength and excellent resistance to abrasion, corrosion and chemicals.
PE bed liners are lighter than aluminium or steel – and last longer than conventional materials.
Your benefits at a glance
Six reasons for QuickSilver™
Residue-free unloading
Viscous bulk materials such as hot asphalt slide out evenly and completely – no sticking.
Frost & heat resistant
Even in severe frost and extreme heat, sticky, viscous materials release faster.
Less wear
High impact strength and excellent resistance to abrasion, corrosion and chemicals.
Lower tipping risk
Faster, more even sliding lowers the tipping risk and protects the lifting gear.
Minimal cleaning effort
Smooth surfaces prevent material build-up – cleaning takes minutes instead of hours.
Shorter downtimes
Less maintenance and faster unloading – your truck is back on the road sooner.
Fields of application
Built for tough bulk materials
Hot & rolled asphalt
Loss-free transport and even unloading, even at high temperatures.
Cohesive soils & excavation
Wet clay and cohesive soils no longer stick to the bed.
Recycling & RC material
Abrasion-resistant liner for sharp-edged and aggressive materials.
Gravel, sand & ballast
Less wear on the tipper floor – longer service life for your body.
PE liner vs. aluminium & steel
PE bed liners are lighter than aluminium or steel – and last longer than conventional materials.
